Residential dwelling units located on floors above the principal commercial ii. iii. iv. uses; or Residential one and/or two-bedroom dwelling units each with a gross floor area not exceeding 1,200 square feet placed in freestanding buildings provided and subject to the following: a. The design and placement of freestanding residential use buildings and associated accessory features shall be integrated so as to be complementary to other buildings and accessory features of the property and their uses. b.
